Cycling Strength Test Results

We ran the Canadian Strength Test for the first time today with 4 of our cycling athletes. It’s a deceptively hard test that only requires 5 minutes of work. 1 minute of each exercise, in order, with results tallied to see a simplified picture of general strength components. It’s not a measure that really helps say one person is stronger than another, nor does it reveal who’s the fastest cyclist — it’s just a way for us to measure improvement as the test is repeated over time. Your initial numbers today set a baseline. You should only get stronger, no matter what kind of exercise you do.

Results from today in a data table with other results from PNSA skiers and averages from the Canadian athletes
