Bend Don’t Brake

Volunteers Needed:
Bend Don’t Brake Road Race- May 28th
The Bend Don’t Brake road race is set for Saturday, May 28, on roads in southeast Bend.

This beginner-friendly race will feature riders from across the state of Oregon plus many of the Academy’s Cycling athletes. Six racing categories will be offered, including races for beginner men and women, masters men and women (ages 40 and older), and elite men and women.

When Academy families/friends volunteer for events like Bend Don’t Brake- the Academy is better able to keep tuition costs low for our junior development programs! Plus the Academy’s Cycling athletes would love your cheering and encouragement throughout their races.

Volunteers are needed in the following categories: course marshals, drivers, event set up, event break down, and registration.

Volunteer shifts run from 8am-12:30pm and 12:30-4:30pm and includes lunch!

To volunteer visit and fill out the volunteer sign-up sheet.

Then, meet at the Bend Road Department Facility at 61150 SE 27th Street on May 28th at the time you selected.
